Returns / Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. This includes purchases from all sales or any other promotions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! We will provide an exchange on products that appear to be defective. If  the item arrives  defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, immediately. contact our Customer Care team at support@essenitialsbyjustbe.com with the subject line “RETURN” and we’ll help get the process started. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.  

Exchanges are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to Essentials by Just Be in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed. Any refunds are applied to returned products only and do not cover any original shipping fees. 

We will require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, etc). 

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP. All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will not honor any returns/exchanges/cancellations without prior written permission and all loss will be afforded by the customer.
